At ParentPulse, we've reimagine the survey process to give you access to real-time, actionable data that helps you improve your school community in the moment. Our unique drip model ensures a steady stream of insights so you can stay in tune with your community without waiting for months!

How the Drip Process Works

Flexible Survey Cycles: Choose a cycle length that works for you—30, 60, 90 days, or a custom duration.

Automatic Drip Distribution: Surveys are sent gradually to respondents. When it’s their turn, they receive an email invitation—like turning on a faucet, letting data flow steadily over time.
Randomized, Balanced Distribution: Survey invitations are evenly spaced and randomly assigned, ensuring parents or guardians of the same student receive them at different times.
One Survey Per Person: Each individual receives only one survey per cycle. Parents can still provide separate responses for each child within the same survey—no extra surveys needed.
Daily Delivery Consistency: Invitations go out daily at 11am EST / 8am PST, keeping the process predictable and reliable.
Cross-Module Consistency: If your school uses the Employee or Student modules, those surveys follow the same drip process, providing a steady stream of actionable feedback across your entire community.
Gradual Data: Your feedback builds gradually throughout the cycle, giving a clear and accurate picture of your community’s thoughts. Benchmarks and Net Promoter Scores may fluctuate along the way—so, as we like to say, “Don’t cry too early, and don’t rejoice too early!”
