How to Find Your School's Review Site Links

ParentPulse makes it easy to turn your happiest respondents into public advocates!

When someone answers the Net Promoter question with a 9 or 10, you can automatically prompt them to leave a review on one or more of the sites below. This helps highlight positive feedback and build your school’s reputation online. Respondents who score 0–8 won’t receive a review prompt, so you can focus on encouraging those who are most likely to share a positive experience.

How can increasing positive reviews help my school?

  • Build trust and credibility
Parents and community members often look to reviews before enrolling their children or supporting a school. Positive feedback signals that your school provides a safe, nurturing, and effective learning environment.

  • Showcase your strengths
Reviews highlight the programs, teachers, and initiatives that make your school stand out. They provide real-world examples of your successes in a way that official marketing materials alone can’t.

  • Attract new families
Schools compete for student enrollment just like businesses compete for customers. Positive reviews can influence families who are researching options, helping your school stand out and encouraging them to choose you.

  • Boost staff morale
When teachers, administrators, and staff see that families appreciate their work, it reinforces their efforts and fosters a positive workplace culture.

Why don't I see a Google option?

In 2019, Google adopted a policy that limited the types of reviews that could be posted on the platform. While schools were included in the initial list of restricted organizations, the policy was not enforced consistently (in fact, you might have several reviews for your school since that time).

However, it does appear that Google is now more seriously and consistently enforcing this policy. What's been confusing and frustrating to many schools is that Google will still, in most cases, accept reviews for schools, but will not post those reviews. We don't want your parents to spend time writing a beautiful review – and then never have it see the light of day. So, we've disabled Google as an option.
