How are benchmark scores determined?

Modified on Wed, 17 Dec at 11:49 AM

Benchmark scores reflect the all-time average across the entire ParentPulse network. This includes benchmark scores for our benchmark questions in our pulse surveys, as well as the benchmark Net Promoter Score.

We calculate them by taking the total scores from all 200+ partnering schools and determining the average, or mean for each question. This gives you a reliable point of comparison to see how your school's feedback aligns with others!
