When feedback comes in, getting it into the right hands is an important first step toward taking action! Tickets make it easy to route feedback directly to the administrator who is best equipped to review it, follow up, or determine the appropriate next step.
Depending on the feedback, you can create a Ticket by assigning either an entire survey response or an individual comment to an administrator. Once assigned, the Ticket will appear in that administrator’s My Tickets workspace, giving them a clear view of the feedback they’re responsible for and helping your team stay organized and accountable as you move from feedback to follow up.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through both ways to assign a comment -- as an entire survey or individual comment. We'll also show you how to reassign a ticket to another administrator, or remove an assignment.
