| New Comments Features |
The new Comments interface brings more of your comment workflow into one place, giving you greater visibility, more context, and easier ways to take action. These new features are designed to help you spend less time searching for information and more time moving work forward. A centralized Comments experience The redesigned Comments page gives you a central place to review and manage client comments. With comments and their related information together, you can more easily understand what needs your attention and determine your next step. Use it when you want to review client feedback, work through comments that need attention, or quickly see what requires followup. Improved search and filtering Quickly narrow your Comments view using search and filters to focus on the conversations that matter most. Instead of scrolling through a long list of comments, you can refine what you see and get to the information you need faster by using Saved Views. More context at your fingertips The new Comments experience makes it easier to review the information associated with a comment before deciding what to do next. Having that context readily available helps you understand the feedback, make more informed decisions, and avoid unnecessary back-and-forth. Create tickets for additional follow-up One of the key additions to the Comments experience is the ability to connect client feedback with Tickets. When a comment requires additional investigation, collaboration, or follow-up, you can create a ticket to turn that feedback into trackable work. This helps ensure important client feedback doesn't get lost and provides a clear path from the original comment through resolution. See when follow-up is already underway When a comment is associated with a ticket, you can quickly identify that additional follow-up is already in progress. Keeping comments and tickets connected gives your team greater visibility into what's already being worked on and helps reduce duplicate effort. The new Comments page brings together the feedback, context, actions, and follow-up surrounding a client comment. This makes it easier for teams to stay aligned on:
The result is a more connected workflow that helps your team stay organized, reduce duplicate work, and keep client needs moving forward. |
