Our new Tickets feature helps you stay organized and keep feedback moving toward resolution. Once a Ticket has been assigned, you can manage it by updating its status, adjusting its priority, adding internal notes, and reviewing the original survey feedback or comment associated with the Ticket.
These tools make it easy to collaborate with your team, document important context, and keep track of what still needs attention. As progress is made, you can move Tickets through New, Pending, and Closed statuses, helping everyone stay aligned on where things stand and what needs to happen next.
For example, your team might use our Status and Priority tools to:
- Track a parent concern from start to finish: A parent shares a concern about classroom communication. The Ticket can remain New until it’s reviewed, move to Pending while an administrator follows up, and be marked Closed once the concern has been addressed.
- Prioritize feedback that needs quicker attention: A general suggestion might remain Standard priority, while a more time-sensitive concern can be changed to High or Urgent so it’s easy to identify.
- Collaborate across your team: As feedback is reviewed and addressed, statuses, priorities, and notes give everyone visibility into where the Ticket stands without needing to track updates separately.
In this article, we’ll walk through the different ways you can manage your Tickets with Status and Priority tools and keep feedback moving from insight to action!
