Disguising your Comment Replies

One of the great benefits of ParentPulse is the ability to engage in meaningful dialogue with your community by responding directly to survey comments, including comments from anonymous respondents.

By default, when you reply to a comment, your name appears as the sender. This can be a great way to make conversations feel personal and let respondents know exactly who they’re hearing from.

However, there may be times when it makes more sense for a response to come from your school as a whole rather than from an individual administrator. In those situations, ParentPulse gives you the option to reply as your school instead. We call this Disguising your Reply.

When should I reply as my school? Replying as your school can be especially helpful when:

• Addressing sensitive topics where a broader, school-level response may be more appropriate.
• Sharing official information or clarification on behalf of the school.
• Maintaining consistency when multiple administrators are responding to feedback.
• Responding to broader concerns that represent the school rather than one individual or department.
