How to Access Respondent Survey History

Modified on Wed, 17 Dec at 3:13 PM

When a respondent completes a survey, they have the option to submit it anonymously or include their name. When they include their name, ParentPulse allows us to access their full survey history. This means we can review their responses in detail, follow up directly if clarification or additional feedback is needed, export their survey for reporting purposes, or delete responses if necessary.

By giving you easy access to identifiable survey responses, ParentPulse helps you take meaningful action, engaged directly with respondents when needed, and make data-driven decisions.

Here are a few common reasons you might access a respondent’s survey history:

  • To review a respondent’s full feedback for follow up or discussion.

  • To export their survey as part of reporting or documentation.

  • To delete an individual response if requested or necessary.

  • To check which surveys a respondent has been invited to or completed across multiple survey cycles.
