Tags are custom labels you can add to comments in your surveys. Think of them like folders or sticky notes! They help you group similar responses, highlight key ideas, or flag comments that need follow-up. Tagging is flexible and can be tailored to your school’s needs: start with a few key tags and refine your system as your team reviews feedback.

You can apply tags across all survey modules (parents, students, and employees) allowing you to organize feedback consistently across your entire community.

Using tags makes it easier to quickly identify trends and key themes in your feedback, turning raw comments into actionable insights!

  • Track Trends Over Time: Use tags like Homework or Program Suggestions to quickly spot patterns in feedback.

  • Follow Up on Issues: Tag comments with each admin’s name so it’s clear who’s following up on specific feedback, questions, and/or concerns.

  • Organize by Topic: Group comments by themes such as Communication, Facilities, Curriculum, Athletics, etc.

  • Support Strategic Planning: Tag comments related to future goals like Strategic Plan Input or Enrollment Feedback.
