ParentPulse provides you with the option of automatically prompting net promoters (respondents who answer the Net Promoter question with a "9" or "10") to leave a review at one or more of the sites below. Respondents who answer the question with a 0-8 will NOT be prompted to leave reviews. Use the following instructions to find the review links (URLs) for each of the sites you'd like to enable:
- Copy the following URL and replace USERNAME with your school's Facebook account username:
https://www.facebook.com/login/?next=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FUSERNAME%2Freviews%2F
(It's important to leave all other text and characters exactly how they appear; if users are not currently logged into Facebook when they click on this link, they'll be immediately routed to your review page after they log in) - Paste the complete URL in the ParentPulse field for Facebook
(Don't know the Facebook username for your school? Here's how you can find it).

Why don't I see a Google option?
In 2019, Google adopted a policy that limited the types of reviews that could be posted on the platform. While schools were included in the initial list of restricted organizations, the policy was not enforced consistently (in fact, you might have several reviews for your school since that time). However, it does appear that Google is now more seriously and consistently enforcing this policy. What's been confusing and frustrating to many schools is that Google will still, in most cases, accept reviews for schools, but will not post those reviews. We don't want your parents to spend time writing a beautiful review – and then never have it see the light of day. So, we've disabled Google as an option.
