Marking Comments as Read or Unread
Just like your email platform, ParentPulse lets you mark comments as read or unread with a single click—making it easy to stay organized and on top of your responses.
How it Works
On your Comments page, each set of comments from a respondent will show a small purple dot on the right-hand side.
A filled-in purple dot means the comment is unread.
A white dot means the comment is read.
Click the dot to toggle between read and unread—either for the full survey or each individual comment.
Helpful Filters
To make managing comments even easier, use the filters located just beneath your word cloud:
Only show unread comments
Only show respondents who haven’t received a reply
These filters help you quickly identify which comments still need your attention or which families are still waiting to hear from you.
