How to View an Individual Survey Submission
Sometimes, you may want to review an entire survey response rather than just individual comments. This short video tutorial walks you through a couple of easy ways to access and view an individual survey submission.
Ways to View an Individual Survey:
From the Recent Submissions Box: On your homepage, the “Recent Submissions” box provides quick access to survey responses. Click View All to scroll through past submissions or use the search bar to find a specific respondent. Then, click View to see the full survey.
From the Comments Section: When reviewing and responding to comments, you might want more context about how a respondent answered other questions. Underneath their response, next to the respondent’s name (or Anonymous), click View Survey to see their full submission.
From a Respondent’s Survey History: If you’re looking for a known respondent’s past surveys, you can access their survey history. We cover this in detail in another tutorial.
