Unified Comment Management: Replying to and Forwarding a Full Survey

Overview

ParentPulse has always allowed schools to engage with feedback by replying to or forwarding individual comments. With our Unified Comment Management feature, you can reply to or forward all comments from a survey in one streamlined message.

What's New?

Previously, responding to feedback meant addressing each comment individually. While this functionality remains, you now have the option to reply to or forward all comments from a survey at once. This is particularly useful for handling broader issues or sharing comprehensive feedback with other administrators.

How It Works

  1. Navigate to Comments

    • Head to the Comments page in ParentPulse.

  2. Replying to Individual Comments

    • Hover over a comment, and you’ll see the Reply and Forward buttons highlighted in purple.

    • Click Reply to respond directly or Forward to send it to a colleague with an optional message.

  3. Replying to an Entire Survey

    • At the top of the respondent’s survey, underneath their name or “Anonymous,” find the Reply and Forward buttons.

    • Clicking Reply here captures all comments from the survey, allowing you to respond to the whole survey.

    • Craft your response and send it off—making it easier to address multiple concerns at once or thank the respondent for all of their feedback.

  4. Forwarding All Comments

    • Need to share all survey comments with another administrator? Click Forward underneath the respondent’s name.

    • Enter the recipient’s email and include an optional message before sending.

Activity Logging

No matter how you choose to reply—individually or collectively—ParentPulse continues to log and display all activity for easy tracking and reference.

Why This Matters

  • Saves time by reducing the need for multiple individual responses.

  • Enhances communication by allowing broader topics to be addressed together.

  • Simplifies collaboration by making it easier to share survey feedback with relevant team members.
